Huge Rip off! Our family purchased two plans on (last week) June 17. One of the 2 phones was our own and the other was supposed to be "free". James told us that my husband's bill would be $35 and mine would be $50 and my phone was free.
Our first bill was dated for May 18-June 18. I still have over 600 of my 700 minutes left but my bill was $104.99, Both bills had a fee that said "$185.99 other charge" and -149 which leaves about $43 of other charge unexplained. Gerry did'n't even talk on his at all and his was $85 and also dated for May 18- June 18.
We were billed a whole month and extra fees for one day's usage. I'm afraid to think what it would be like if we actually talked on the phones. We will fight to cancel our plan we have only had for one week but the bill says a month!
