I hired Logo Design Guru on 3/31/10 to design a logo for my small business. I provided clear and explicit instructions on what I was looking for and certain design attributes to exclude. A week later I received 10 draft logos, 6 of which violated my "do not include" orders. A week later the next draft came, and the only somewhat reasonable design was the one I provided to them. I asked for a new font for my business name... Three times. Each subsequent draft was late, required calls/emails from me to get, and had the exact same font. Should I be teaching lessons in remedial English for $379? I contacted the company regarding the "satisfaction guarantee, " but the only thing guaranteed is deceptive advertising. Even after showing the General Manager, Martin O'Connor, the horrible experience - he refused to provide a refund. They want to charge me for each draft with the same font. Shouldn't a logo company know what a font is? I had to file a BBB complaint and a fraud dispute with my bank. Save yourself time, money, and pain... Stay away from this business.
