This started out well and seemed like a good way to find a workable logo. Logo design guru advertises "satisifaction guaranteed " "money back guaranteed"... These claims are false and misleading.
The designs I received were not acceptable. I was not satisfied. I did not receive my money back.
I was given the run around for several weeks, got a snarkey email from manager (real bad taste about this guy) Martin O'Connor, about who owned the artwork. (no artwork involved. No graphics, just letters...) I did get a small refund. Less than half was refunded.
Logo Design Guru is a scam. Scamming both consumer and graphic artist. I found widspread complaints from both on the web.
Bad experience, bad company, i paid for that lesson.
