Satisfaction Survey 15% coupon

The cashier asked me to please remember to move online to JCP.com and consider the satisfaction study about my buying experience (I'd bought toddler apparel to get a present). She stated that I'd discover an on line discount for 15% off my next trip to JC Penney. I returned home and required the study online. After getting the time to reply all concerns, I had been requested hitting "enter" one last time. I obtained the on screen concept of "Site doesn't Occur". I tried many times to back-up and re enter the data, but every time I obtained "Site DoesN't Exist". Therefore, I received no discount. I've sent JCPenney many times but NEVER get a response. Therefore whey do they request you to take some time to have a study if they're not likely to offer you a discount. Really, Really False Marketing of Bonuses.
