Why keep telling people to do survey when it does not exist-poor customer service

I store at Dick's Sporting Things a great deal, but I'm really dissatisfied that there's no study everywhere and so no $10 off discount! Why keep showing individuals to do study when it generally does not occur-bad customer support. Exactly what a disgrace!
