I named to check on when they had the spectacles that I saw online... Was informed yes, precisely the types that I noticed. I requested them-and settled $170 with my charge card. Soon afterwards, I had been sent and stated that the main one set of spectacles I requested was damaged, they did not have anymore. They stated I really could submit OUR damaged spectacles (those I had been attempting to substitute) plus they might restore them within 10 times and reimbursement the distinction of the fix cost and also the initial purchase. Which was the final week of November. Today it's May 1 and that I still do not have my fixed spectacles OR my $170. Each time I e-mail or contact, the only real info I get is the fact that they're still within the repair center plus they have no idea something about them.in my own last mail I ultimately required they deliver back my damaged spectacles AND my $170. Obviously, I've not noticed a term from their website since. I've been without my cash or my spectacles for 5 total weeks now. The interesting component is they really declare they've a "customer support" plan... Where might that be is my issue? I'm really disappointed and am today likely to make an effort to contact my MC supplier and publish a scam state hoping that I atleast could possibly get my cash back. As for my very preferred damaged REVO glasses (I paid $259 for!), I've small wish that I'll actually observe them again... Exactly what a rip-off, they must be embarrassed... Juice may dominate, it usually does.
