I signed up for a trial membership from FLING.com owned by GTNETHELP.com and almost instantly cancelled my membership. They continued to charge my credit card each month $29.95. They innocuously name their charge GTNETHELP.com.
My first call to their number, 888 205-2664, allowed me to CANCEL my membership which I thought I cancelled ONE YEAR AGO online. After being on hold and getting an operator, I was told that she could not refund ANY charges, and that I would have to take up with my credit card the reversal of charges. I will likely do that and see how far I go.
Anyone have any idea on what the best way to get my money back is?
