This Gallery was advertising a sale the day after Thanksgiving. I was looking at the engraved silver bracelets by local native artists. The owner of the store was showing them to me and turning them over so that I could see the marked price on each. One was slightly less than the others and with the discount that day put it in my price range. She explained that the lower price was because it had been in stock longer. As soon as I said I'd take it, she told me to wait, went behind a counter and came back with it repriced $150 higher! Now her explanation was that "an employee had obviously mismarked it". The day I was in the store, the only people working there were the owners. When I asked her to honor the marked price as the ethical course, but she only laughed.
