I purchased a inground Storm Shelter from Tonado masters for 11,000 dollars. It was fine for about 4 months, and then it began to leak. After about 30 calls someone came out and told me that it was my fault it leaked. When I asked why they told me quote "our shelters don't leak" I said this is your shelter. They then told me it couldnt be even after I showed them my warranty, cancelled check, and contract. After that I was unable to reach anyone but the receptionist who has taken about 25 messages from me with no response from tornado masters. My shelter is half full of water now, and rarley ever usable. Do not do business with these crooks.
