JDMarvel Products Ordered slippers July 13. Called 9/21 (NOT tollfree) told will be shipped end of Sept. It is now Oct 16. No slippers but got a catalog in the mail today

I ordered slippers July 13. Called company (NO tollfree # available) 9/21/03 to find out why they have cashed my check but I did not get slippers. They said on backorder, will ship end of Sept. It is now Oct 16 and still NO Slippers. My feet are getting very COLD.
