This company NCA recording have cammed meout of hundreds of dollars, tey recorded 2 songs "heavento me, onething, our contract stated they would market, distribute mysongs, they assurred me they would stand by our contract, they expressed to me the first song did so well they wanted to do a second one, I had trusted them, even so,

I hadnt recieved any royalties from the first one, I was told everythig was going well, so I sent tothem another $500.00.

Time went by, no royalties, phone calls stopped, when I call was told they were in meetings would get back, nevr did, sent emails requesting royaties. Nothing, reahed out to BMI, HARRYFOXAGENCY, agencies to help get my royalties

Presently, there is an on going investigation, which includes IRS, BMI, Attorney General, all Iam seeking is royalties due me from my 2songs.

I have been scammed they didnt stand by thier contract, now refusng pay what is due to me, many chances to resolve this, instead they threaten me. This company needs to be further investigated, so others, do not have to suffer from thier scams, and fraudelent practices.
