I went there for the first time today and didnt know what to expect but i was led to believe that what the employee said was true which I found out later it wasnt. I was told that the package I got was the last one that I could get i ended up paying over 200.00 for something that I didnt want to do but I was told that if I didnt buy that package that I would lose the pictures. I found out that wasnt true. I even tried to change my order after I found out that what the girl told me was not true but then she said I couldnt because the pictures were printing which I knew that wasnt true because when i was sitting there no pictures were printed.
They are a ripoff I was giving pictures that I cancelled and what kind of business dont let you see what you just bought and why dont they a website so you can directly email the company and I know the reason for that is so they wont have to answer any complaints. They are the biggest RIPOFF I ever seen. I am so disappointed with them. I want my money back because I am not satisfied and I dont like being lied to.
