I called on thursday after reciving an add in the paper. So I called for any and all info, and explained to the lady what the situation was, and asked again if they could do it. Which was getting 3 sets of pictures. And she said it was fine. So i set the appoinment for friday at 3:40..
Friday comes and and about 2:00pm i call and ask to do the pics an hour later cause my son was not off work no problem. When i got there at 4:40 she said oh you missed your appointment? I said no i called and it was changed. They couldnt find anything. So after about 10 mins of waiting we get called back to take pics... Everything is going just fine. I tell the lady what i need and everything and it got done.
So now to pick out pictures that took almost and hour and half to do. For 113 pics. When you didnt need that many taken. Sitting and looking at pics the first package she put on the screen is some $339.99 and i was like no i need 3 of the $15 dollar packs thats it. Then the whole story changed and i was told i could not do that i had to buy them by the sheets. And then they lady didnt even get me the sheets i wanted. I needed 2 8x 10's and one sheet of wallets... instead i got all 8x10's. Then she kept adding more sheets so i could get the cd for free. I was told on the phone i got the cd free to. Well that wasnt true,
So i get home and find out i cant even veiw the pictures from my computer that are on the cd??? Wtf are you serious then what did i get it for? So then i go to walgreens and ask for help. They help me and tell me mam sorry you cant print these out. They wont look right it dont matter how big or small you go they will stay blurry... Again are you serious? So i ask again what is the point of the cd's?
Ok so now on to the pictures i payed $100.00 for just about nothing... And then when i took the whole package back to the store for my money back just like it says on the recipet says, she tells me sorry we cant do that, you need to call customer serives well by the time i get all my pics it was 7 pm arizona time how iam i going to call there closed. So monday i called and noel the main manager says sorry there is nothing we can do. But you can retake the pictures and again pay for them??? Huh are you serious? Why am i going to pay for more pics when you have allready messed up the first ones. So i tell her i want to speak to her boss. His name is john daivs and i called and left me a total of 4 messages and he will not return my calls.
So as of today 11/22 they will not speak to me and tell me if i want anything done then i need to get a lawyer and have them call??? Wow are you serious.? This place is such a joke. I think iam also going to contact the news channels... Anyone else have any ideas for help? Ive called customer serivice and corprate office?
