I went to get our family portraits done at Walmart and the lady asked me if I would like a floppy disk with the pictures, I said no. But the next day I decided I wanted to get it So I went back up there and a different girl was there. Her name was Amber. I asked if I could get a floppy with my pictures on it and she said sorry were out of floppys and told me I could bring my own in. So I went home pissed off and called a different Walmart to see if they could do it. They said they couldn't it would have to be at the one I got my pictures taken at. I then told them what Amber told me about bringing my own disk. She informed me that was against policy that if they did that they would be held responsible if a computer became damaged. I said ok. So I decided to go back and bring my own disk. I gave her the disk she put it in the computer and kept telling me "sorry it takes a while" After waiting a couple minutes, another woman who had just taken another childs picture goes to the computer so she can show the family their childs pictures. So Amber jerks the disk out without even looking to see if the pictures were even on there and hands it to me. She said ill just add the ten dollars to your picture price. I said ok. So I went home put it in my computer and it couldn't find the file. I called the portrait studio to talk to Amber and told her it doesn't work what do I do "I don't know I really don't know anything about computers" I was thinking why are you allowed to operate it then? I said well what am I supposed to do? She told me someone would call me back. They did but didn't help either so I took the disk back and she took the ten dollars off my bill. Then she grabbed the floppy in which I'm thinking isn't the floppy mine I mean I bought it and I paid ten dollars for the pictures which I didn't get! This girl Amber shouldn't be working there. She is incompetent and isn't intelligent enough to operate the phone!
