I dropped my film off at rite aid on a saturday and i knew they should have been picked up on monday so about thrusday i called to see if they were back and they was so i go to pick them up and start looking at them. There was 17 pictures that were not mine out of 25 but my negatives were all there so they tell me to send the negatives so i did then they call and tell me they need the orginal envople so i send it. About 2 weeks later i call the 1-800 number they dont know where my pictures are they cant be found It is now 3 monthes later i dont have my pictures of a vacation i went on with friends the week after our gradution or the money that i spent paying for pictures that are not mine. If you want you pictures that mean something to you please do not use this company.
