Offered VIP Premium Unlimited Access membership. After searching a subject name, there was a charge for information on the subject

Purchased "vip premium unlimited access" membership but when I searched a subject name i was told that there was an additional fee for the information.
Can no longer access the web site. Cannot get my money back.
