Nowadays i went into hollister three times and listed here is my story. The hollister in el paso texas at cielo vista mall #915-887-0966... The very first time i went in I had been window-shopping... The Next period i went directly into purchase product... I had been provided 3 gift-cards for my birthday. $50,30 and 25... I got the $50 and $25 cards with me... Not once did anybody state, "hello, " or "welcome to hollister"... No body agreed to assist or requested basically was doing ok... From a company perspective... Not recognizing the client isnt at the very top of the checklist permanently customer support... And so I get right up towards the register and im informed this 1 of my gift-cards doesn't have profit it. Imagine my surprise. That my loved ones might obtain a gift-card from everywhere and provide it in my experience with no cash... Does hollister hand out gift-cards with vacant amounts? Fortunately the $50 gift-card authorized... And so I place the rest of the 33.90 on my bank card... After I get back house i attempt the polo on and discover that it generally does not match my design therefore I chose to go back... Not a problem i considered to return the polo and obtain the reimbursement back onto my money card. And so I return in to the shop a few hours later, for that 3rd period nowadays... Again nobody recognizes me. Exactly what a shock... Therefore there's just one individual before me in the register... After waiting a couple of minutes the worker pops up towards the register... Doesn't apologize for that delay or request how he is able to assist us... Therefore he continues in cashing-out the client before me. After he's completed... He simply walks off. Doesn't tell me he can come back and sometimes even recognize that I'm there... How can you have answered to date? Therefore a few minutes pass and he comes back. I recommend him that I do want to return the polo... He calls the supervisor within the intercom to approve the return. Common process no biggie... Therefore the director involves the register. As well as the worker, not the supervisor, informs me that despite the fact that the polo may be worth significantly less than 32.00 and my money cost is 33.90... That i CAn't be attributed back on my bank card... Whoa therefore hollister gets $50, thirty, 25 and my 33.90... Is hollister really that hard-up for money? No additional options given. No apologies... Therefore I went out the shop totally embarrassed using the support which was supplied... What support really? I couldve gotten better support from the self-check-out register... Atleast it says thanks...

So my income and my period that i don't return were dropped... Im not the type of client to boost a fascination or be rude. Im the quiet client who centers around never returning for your shop and informing atleast 20 family and friends... Therefore for 33.90 25.00= 58.90... Hollister may shed many clients and potential income... I'm so upset that I'm likely to return all of the product... I suppose you can state that I'd a poor encounter together with your organization... Sadly i still need to return to reunite all my merchandise of 83.90... Im gonna try returning the merchandise at another shop... Though it says I will about the bill i wonder if ill obtain the same therapy...
