I purchased a wii fit plus game in early feb. Of this year and I have emailed them and called them number of times. After I called I got an email back from someone named Jake saying that my package was broken and that they will be expediting me another one or I can get a full refund neither happened or even a phone call back. I would call them 3 times a day for week. Here we are in April and still nothing and now the phone number is not working... Wow
