Just a terrible website/service

I requested from Rollies on 2/23/10 - they believed four weeks shipping time. That four weeks arrived & went and that I sent 2x & lastly obtained an answer after I stated I had been arguing the cost on my card. The clear answer I acquired from Rollies was honestly - rude, unprofessional and nearly threatening! They suggested that by my arguing the cost on my card, I had been likely to be described an 'worldwide high-risk client' and might probably get billed by my credit card business.

The whole mail was rude, inadequate customer support. Their site claims 'you'll not obtain a reimbursement, therefore do not request - should you can'twait for the order, do not order" - no additional website costs you whenever you order - all of them ask you for once they deliver - the corporation charged me as soon as I struck the "publish" switch & has already established my profit their take into account about 3 months - what might the curiosity on that be? That is where they're producing their cash, not in providers when I truley think they've no items - it is a fraud.

Do yourself a benefit - discover the local head look & purchase locally. Do not make use of this site if you don't are wiling to hold back more than four weeks for the item!
