I had reported a fraudulent transaction on my account two weeks ago after trying to buy a plane ticket home from california and finding out some crook used my card to the tune of $312.70. At this point I was stuck in CA with no money and forced to stay in a homeless shelter here in Los Angeles, CA because Bankfreedom said they have up to 45 days to process all fraud calims and that there was no way they could give me a temorary credit to get home even though most Credit/Debit card companies would at least help me get home. I called the proccesor, their corporate headquarters, basically anyone who would listen to me to get some help and all that happened in the end was for Nicole Moore the Fraud and Compliance Manager to tell me that her superiors have told her to cancel all of my cards and that I would recieve a check if I won my fraud case and that they would no longer assist me. WELL I must have really pissed someone off at Bank Freedom telling them that I was staying in a homeless shelter and that I need them to give me $100 back temporarily to get a plane ticket home.
