Fraudulent warranty

Purchased a Montel Williams Healthmaster mixer June. Paid additional to obtain durable engine. It worked until March after which the motor ceased. The reset key didn't function.

I had been told I'd obtain a substitute because of lifetime guarantee. Nearly six months later still ready to obtain a reaction. After I contact them I get "transferred" to somebody, I subsequently get "stop"! 8 times it has occurred.

I've gotten two cards in snail-mail from Tristar stating that there's a wait. TRULY?

Be warned! Do not buy something from these folks and do not buy the product. It's NOT worth the cash.
