Because purchasing my Healthmaster in Dec.'09, I've been only dissatisfied period and time again. To begin with, I had been charged 2xs on my charge card per week before xmas for that price of two Healthmasters and after repetitive calls to customer support the mistake wasn't fixed until after christmas. After getting it in middle-Jan.'10, the motor smashed in early-March '10 and also to day, I've not obtained the alternative engine. Customer support has gathered the delivery quantity but I've not obtained an upgraded and every time I contact I'm informed it's on back-order and we shall transfer your title as much as the most effective. I truly believe I'm not likely to get a substitute at this time. It's a disgrace that gear showing Montel Williams title isn't managed much better than this. Actually, I want I'd never bought this product from online. Later on, I'll buy these things in a shop where I will really contact the things and return it personally.
