I'm familiar with only one product from this company. The "Montel Williams Healthmaster Blender".

Aka POS Chinese Made dangerous product meant to kill Americans.

The blender I purchased for nearly $300 that was supposed to be wonderful, works for about 3 days out of the box, then leaks oil all over the top of the motor and even into the pitcher contaminating the food.

I was among the first to buy one of these thinking it was well made with a lifetime motor warranty. After over a year to convince them to send me a replacement, I finally received another after making numerous calls, threats, etc. It finally arrived, worked perfectly... For three days. Now another year later I convinced them of a return and they agreed to a refund. Now in my 2nd month after getting the so called "Refund Approval" with them getting my new address wrong twice this month, I inquired if they received my new Credit Card number in the system for a credit. Nope, they refuse to change it from two years ago, even though I don't have that card anymore, and the bank that issued it was seized by the FDIC and no longer exists.

Today was the first time it rang in India. And again I was reminded why I hate @#$%ing East Indians, all of them, no exception, especially on the telephone trying to get any proper assistance.

So now along with hundreds of thousands of complaints to the BBB, I'll be lucky if I see anything of a refund, and now without my blender as a counter decoration.

If I ever meet Montel Williams, I'll slap the @#$% out of him for conning Americans into buying this junk he claimed was so @#$#ing wonderful.

Maybe it's time for a Class Action lawsuit and sue this company out of business, including that lying Montel Williams, and hope to recover some of the money we have been cheated out of over the last few years.
