Warning this story is kind of long sorry. I wish I could record my voice here instead
There were plenty of times I was told from the salesman their company has a #1 reputation in AZ. I messed up by allowing this company to sell me a used car that was not serviced yet & how could they do that to me?"we dont sell junk cars..." but they havent even looked at my car yet. I was expected to pay upfront before they serviced the car. I was not told that if I hadnt bought it from them they would have auctioned it off (I found that out when I was trying to get my $ back). Now I wouldnt have bought the car if they wouldve told me that but of course they dont tell u anything
I put 5k down the 1st day I saw the car thats all I was allowed to put down by debit I had to pay the rest another day (the car was trashed inside & they had just gotten it about a few hours before I showed up) I liked the car & I thought the trash is no big deal I went along with it like a dummy & I didnt ask if the car was a repo which now im pretty sure that it was after I found out how many problems the car had & they told me it was a trade in.
The salesman told me the car would be ready to go that day if not the nxt day for sure. The nxt day came he said parts were being shipped in from out of state he didnt know what parts I told him find out (I had to call him twice about this). I found out it was too little things 02 censor & ignition coil & that the car would be ready the nxt day now. Im now very impatient & paranoid I shouldnt have to call them to find this stuff out.
I then talk to a used sales manager I forgot his name. I told him I want my money back & hes so hilarious he said if I want my money back I will have to pay a restocking fee & 5k is not a lot of $ for a car its not like youre buying a 15k$ car.
I talked to the salesman again: Can i contact the previous owner? No? Oh because privacy reasons ok. But he said he can call them & give them my contact info let them know a customer wants to speak w / them asap about the car she just bought. He said there was no guarentee Id get a call if thats the case Id like my $ back. I never got a phone call from a previous owner. Just another lie I had to hear.
I talk to another sales manager. This is him in my ear: blah blah blah... (he even laughs) how many cars have u bought. None right? Me: i just want my money back him: "no" me: y not? Him: you signed a contract blah blah blah. I have a paper from them saying the sale is not final I should be able to get my $ back I had to wait over 48hrs for my car.
Lets skip to the end even though words cant express enough how I feel towards these people. I go there the 3rd day after i bought the car counting that day. I talk to another used sales manager in person I was going to keep the car but I wanted something extra from them like a couple of free details. I get there the man says maam we can not sell u that car it had bad odor & stains that we cant get out but we have another car same price if interested & I said yes Ill see the other car. As I was waiting I call my friend & tell him what the salesman says he says omg that means theres something wrong with the car & they dont want to spend more $ to fix it. He was right after I said I was not interested in the other car & when I wanted to see my car the manager still said we cannot sell you the car & he brought out a paper of all these other problems needed to be replaced on the car they said it cost them about 4000$ to fix all the problems. Theyre now going to auction it off wholesale. I finally was able to start the money back process. The finance manager came out & said this happens to every 150th person here (I must be that unlucky then to be the 150th person right?)
If youre going to buy a car from this dealership dont buy a used one I dont know what the new car department is like so I cant say anything about them
& theres a lot more to the story but from reading just that u should be able to tell that is so unprofessional & they sold me a car that was not serviced
