I've been a customer of this location for the last 5 visits because it's on the way to work but this would be the last time that I would drop my clothes over there.
The owner doesn't understand what customer service means - and they will never get it. They talk to me like I owe them money or something.
On the door they say in by 9 out by 5 that's BULL SHXST. Ahmed Sukaik (owner) complains every time that I arrive at 8:50 and told me that I need to arrive earlier because he started the wash load already... This is Fking stupid.
My shirt goes in and come out with more wrinkles and stains than it was before. I had stains on the back of my shirt and the owner said it's not his problems.instead of apologizing to me that they didn't do a good job, he told me that I need to wash my shirt a few more times... And he wants me to pay for it!!!?
They promised that my shirts would be ready by 5PM but he told me to come back in a hour to pick them up. There are wrinkles on my sleeves and right where the bottons are EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! I've complained many times and they still do a POOP job.
I will never go back to that place again and I would only support a true American business owner who truly understands customer service. I would recommend anyone of you not to go to this store.
