I took my wife's shirt and pant to get dry-cleaned at Somerset Cleaners on January 12. On January 15 I went to go pick up the clothes. The shirt had a lot of fuzz on it, wrinkles, and stains. I complained about it and the cashier at the time used a lint remover to clean the shirt. When I asked him why a dry cleaned shirt would have to be cleaned with a lint remover, he did not answer. I complained some more and he agreed to redo the garment (i.E. Dry clean it again). When I went home, my wife noticed that the pants had dirt and more lint on it.in addition, the pant's crease was messed up.
On January 19 I went to pick up the shirt and show them the pants that were not cleaned appropriately as well. When the shirt came up, I noticed more lint and hairs on it. I again asked why this was not cleaned. The same cashier who was there last time came out from behind the store. I then showed him the pants and they started using a lint remover again to which I complained. Again I asked why I paid to get the clothes dry-cleaned when they clearly were not cleaned.
At this point, the man took my clothes out of the hanger and plastic bag and flung them at me. I then demanded my money back and he threatened me and said that he would throw my clothes out on the street and run his car over them. He then told me to get out of his store. When I asked for my money back, he physically pushed me out of his store and tried to grab my clothes away from me. He also stated that he would charge my credit card for three times the amount just to teach me a lesson.
I paid good money to get the clothes cleaned and they were not.in addition, when I questioned what they did, they became abusive and ruined my garmets. Not only do they not have any customer service experience, they have no ethic either. Stay far away from them.
