I had cancelled this membership 4 days before the 14 day trial period was over. I ended up being lied to then given the runaround until they put me past the 14 days. Then I was told that i would be charged for the membership but not be charged any further. I wasn't charged the 149.95 or the 169.95 that they advertise. I guess it's where ever they feel. I was charged 151.15 which is know where to be found on any of thier web sites or terms and conditions. Their customer service and refund department will tell you lies and give you other numbers and e-mails to contact, which of course takes up to 5 days to get a response, which then you will be told that your 14 day trial period is over and you will be charged for the membership. Their terms and conditions are misleading and incomplete. You also can be redirected to other websites just bu trying to click on their web site trying to get ahold of someone. That website will tell you that you have joined another membership. This company is stealing money from consumers and seem to be getting away with it. How can they still be in business. This is know different than coming into my home, violating my family and then robbing me. They refund department are cowards because they won't talk to you, it is an automated response and their only purpose is to take your money.
