Mark Sanders preys on people in foreclosure status and tells them he will save them.instead, he has them renting their own homes, takes the rent and lives a lavish life style with it instead of paying the banks holding the mortgages. He hires people as real estate brokers or anyone who may have legitimate credentials and steals their identity including putting properties in his staff's names since he can't put anything in his name. He owns categorically nothing.
He tells people he is an attorney but never graduated from college. Actually, he has a long criminal record in Florida and North Carolina. He has beaten women, harrassed women physically and via telephone and is a chronic alcoholic/drug addict. He enjoys crystal meth and a variety of prescription drugs.
Not only does he rip off people with real estate, he tells people he has a mortgage company and will fix your credit. He will ask you for forty dollars a month to fix your credit but does nothing. He lists his services and properties he has for lease on craigslist. He has defrauded insurance brokers, title companies, real estate agents and unsuspecting individuals.
If you run into him either through craigslist or in business, please beware. He will steal from you and he may hurt you physically. Beware of mark sanders and brooke sloane properties.
