To anyone who might be looking at Brooke Sloan Properties for any reason. Do not use them. Mark Sanders (the owner), will lure you in make you promises that he can not deliver on. I have read several horrible things on this man and his companies. I can not tell you whether those accusations are true but we invested in his company which ultimately ruined our credit. I take full responsibility for not researching this man and his company before we invested. If you are thinking of doing business with Mark Sanders or any of his companies don't!!! Mark if you are reading this you should know that you turned a very exciting time in our lives into a difficult one. You won't ruin us but it will take a lot of time and money to fix it.
