Mark Sanders has taken advantage of a number of unsuspecting people looking for housing and cleaning their credit. He lures people in with his sad stories of demise but he is a habitual pathological liar. He takes advantage of people whose homes are in foreclosure status, has them rent their own homes while attempting to leverage against the properties and doesn't apply the rent he collects to the mortgage companies holding the paper on the properties. He says he owns properties, but he owns nothing. He hires people and steals their identity for the purpose of buying properties in someone else's name. He has an extensive criminal record in Florida and North Carolina that can be verified. He is a drug addict specifically endulging in crystal meth and prescription drugs. He has defrauded a number of his investors, title companies, insurance brokers and individuals. He tells people that he is an attorney yet never graduated from college. He has harrassed and physically abused women. He is generally a very dangerous man who needs to be in prison permanently. He runs ads for the properties he says he owns on craigslist and other sites so if you encounter his or his company's name, please stay away. Not only will you lose money, but your safety is in danger.
