Beware of this "handyman" - I use the term loosely. He represents himself as a skilled handyman capable of handling repair projects including painting, plumbing, electrical and general carpentry. The resume he uses is included below. He will respond to ads posted on Craigslist or other sites claiming that he is looking for work because he had a problem with his prior employer for non payment of wages due. This is a scam. We fell for it and made the mistake of letting him work on our property. He does not know what he is doing and will damage your property. He caused us over $1,500 in damages that had to be handled by a different contractor. He actually got in a fight with one of our family members when he was at our property and then started emailing us in the middle of the night to tell us how he cannot work there any more because of fighting with the residents. He is clearly somewhat unstable and cannot be trusted.
When he arrived at our property the water was running fine. He was asked to replace a bad faucet.in the process of doing so he ruined the plumbing and caused a major leak. The water had to be turned off for 3 days while another contractor fixed the damages he caused.
When we refused to pay him he started slandering us and damaging our reputation. Beware of this guy he is a real con-artist.
Bottom line - this guy is not worth the hassle - find someone else to work for you.
