I completed a job for this company 39 days ago, they have been paid and refuse to pay me

I worked for this company for approximately 3 months. Getting paid is a struggle and takes many phone calls, text messages and emails. Everything that you can imagine has happened to these people to avoid paying. Everything from deaths to car accidents to bad phone areas, sick kids, husband and on and on.
She actually goes as far as saying she deposited money in my account and it NEVER appears. The story changes on a regular basis.
The job I completed for them on February 16th still has not been paid. I talked to the realtor on this job who stated the job was done excellent and that the Andreozzi's have been paid!
