This complaint ranges from work starting in May' At this time have paid this contractor over $59,000.00 for contracted work. All that was wanted is for the contractor to complete what was paid for. It has now been 2 months since he has been here. Leaving an 86 year old women recovering from a broken arm and suffering from macular degeneration in the dining room while her bedroom was demoed and not completed. Contractor makes commitments to be here, no calls, nor attendance.
At this time taking it to the NY Attorney General due to no response or any initiative by contractor to complete work. Requesting with contract fault what is fair at least $6900.00 refund of monies paid an all material purchased with our funds.
