This Company called us to complete a contracting job. They led us to believe they owned the building. When we completed the job we were not paid. When we researched the buliding we found the true owner and they said they contracted DJ Williamson to do the work and that they paid for the work in full.
So DJ Williamson Enterprises will contact a sub to do work - they will get paid as the general contractor, but will not pay the subs who do the work. They are willfully and purposefully doing this. When we called to get paid they promised to send check out but they did not. This is a scam they are doing to have someone else do the work and they will get the payment and not pay the sub. BEWARE of Dealing with this Company. MIKE Williamson could be the one who calls you and acts like he is the maintenance person to the property he wants a bid on. Even if you have a signed contract they dont care - Do work for them and you will be standing in line at the court house with all the other contractors who have not been paid and are filing lawsuits against these crooks.
