On May 16 Ay Transport picked up our furniture & house items in Phoenix, Az. To deliver to Arlington, Tx. When they arrived at our house in Arlington, the truck was not the one that our items were loaded into in Phoenix, Az. We saw that several items were not there. (hand truck, French mirror, baby carrage, & several boxes of personal items)
Also, a chair was destroyed, computer consul was destroyed, dinning furniture was scratched & dented, refrigerator was dented, TV would not work when it was pluged in, clothes boxes were crushed. The driver said just submit a clain & the Company would take care of it.
I cannot count the number of times we have tried to contact the compamy without success. We did get a letter stating that their liability was limited to $90. We have not received a penny. We think the lost items alone were worth several $100.
