Horrible customer service and non-delivery of items already paid fo

I requested a seat mat and halter on 2-19-10. Our charge card was billed. After 2.5 months of awaiting the purchase AND MANY efforts to get hold of, I eventually spoke to a person that advised me the colour of the seat pad was stopped. She offered me a range of available shades and stated the purchase might venture out immediately.

2.5 months later however NO shipping of products. Have named daily today and remaining communications as no body replies the telephone and current email address was started back again to me as undeliverable.

I've approached my charge card organization to assist with this specific scenario. The corporation shouldn't be permitted to conduct business. And caution to all equestrians - DON'T PURCHASE FROM THE CORPORATION!
