Cymax has terrible delivery methods and horrible customer support. I requested from Cymax simply because they provided the cheapest cost for what I had been searching for and had free delivery. After I put my purchase, I had been really amazed to get a contact stating it'd be one to two months prior to the item delivered. Three months later, it'd nevertheless not delivered. I named customer support and was on-hold to get a half-hour. I called back and pushed "1" for PUTTING an order and got a person support consultant immediately. After I told them I'd a problem about a current purchase, they set me on-hold again. I waited fifteen minutes before holding up and calling my charge card organization to challenge the costs from Cymax. I never did obtain my item — although they did return my charge card. After more browsing I came across the merchandise actually cheaper at CSNstores.com — which sent my item quickly!
