This company helps property management companies to extort money from the tenants that live in complexes they manage. It is not a coincidence that these management companies all have the same lease agreements where tenants who have signed leases, or if on a month to month basis are forced to sign leases or have their rents raised dramatically, to acknowledge that water, sewer and garbage will not be included in the rent and now be charged for separately.
If not paid then the money owed to "ISTA" will be deducted by the management companies from the rent you have paid "on time" and you're given a "3 Day Notice of Eviction" and a "Late" fee for being late with the rent. No meters are used and information on the actual charges that were billed from the individual utility companies is not and will not be disclosed to validate for "Truth & Accuracy" of what you're billed for.
I want to encourage everybody who has experienced this to call your local TV consumer investigation team and the Attorney General for your state and have them investigated.
