Purchased sideboard from Oriental Warehouse 1/11. They took funds out of my checking account that day. Then told me when the cabinet would be delivered, Mark Marasco told me he would deliver it on a specific day when that day came stated he never committed to that day, this went on til he delivered it in early February. I took my husband to the store prior to delivery and asked for a receipt which was never provided me since I purchased over the phone. It was raining the day the cabinet was delivered the delivery men were very fast bringing it into my house so I didn't notice the cabinet was damaged til the following morning. Mark Marasco agreed over the phone to replace the damaged cabinet told me he would exchange it the following week, didn't happen. Then told me another delivery date, that didn't happen either. I called him upon returning from vacation and was told by Felipe (an employee) they didn't have a cabinet to replace.
