On 11/11, I bought a pant from Buho's Boutique Ladies Fashion for $120.00. I wore the pant on 11/14 from 7:00 pm to 10:35 pm to a retirement's dinner that I went, and the left accessory fell off that was attached with glue. On 11/15, I went to the store, to show them the pant, one of the managers, Ms. Jenny told me in a very nasty way that she could not do anything for me. I asked her why if I bought the pant from that store on 11/11, and I only wore it one time. I went home, and I tried to sewed it, I wore the pant again on 11/21 from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm when I took the pant off it was full of little balls on the legs part and the right accessory fell off too. Around 3:00 pm, I wentback to the store to show her my pant how it looks like. The manager Migelina even said that it was not supposed to happen because jus d' Orange is a good brand. She was ready to give a credit for the pant, however, she called the other manager - Ms. Jenny that was out that day, and Ms. Jenny did not agree to give the credit for the pant. I even spoke to Jenny over the phone, and she said that thet can not give the credit because the company of jus d' Orange was closed and will open again after January. We both agree to leave the pant on the store, and she kept the pant until 03/18. She called me and told that the company could not receive the pant, therefore, she could not give the credit. I email the just d' Orange company, and I asked them since when they were closed and for how long, and if the store Buho's Boutique contacted them. I received an email from them stating that they never close and the Buho's Boutique never contacted them. The manager lied to me, and she did not want to give any credit when I only were that pant twice, and I went to her store after four days and then seven days later. Olso, their receipt does not say that I can not return the pant nor how many days. The store kept my pant from 11/22 to 03/18, and they did not do anything with it. I want my money back because the material of that pant is not good, and it came with two accessories that was attached with regular glue that it does not stay on the pant. Now, the pant looks ogly and old when I only wore it two times in a period of eleven days, and I went to her store twice the 11/15 and 11/21. I went to pick up the pant on 03/18. I will not ware the until I get a decion on this mater. Please help me because the manager is descriminating again me. I paid $120.00, and I can not loose my money for something that is not original and that maybe she bought for much less and on the street. She has not contacted the company in order to get credit, and I think she did not buy it from them, but that's not mean I have to pay for it.
