Not able to recover Address Guide after improving computer-using Belkin Easy Exchange wire. Although Contact File is intact, Address Guide is absent and repair suggested by Microsoft doesn't function - choice is grayed out. E-mail research displays others have same issue. Published Belkin three times requesting aid. No response returned every time after of a week, and possibly required more information, or attributed Microsoft. Although I'm unhappy with MS, Belkin may be the Organization promoting item which should work. It doesn't.
