Complaint / review text:
I placed 3 online orders with the company over a year and half period, so I am now sure that the problems with the orders were not accidnetal.
First order I placed for tortoises was charged $450, I waited for them for almost 2 weeks and nothing shows up (after paying for next day delivery) I emailed multiple times with no response, I called and spoke to at least 3 people who all claim that the manager is going to be in in 10 min and will call back, never got a call back obviously, so I called the credit card company and filed a charge back.
Second order after few months was for pet supplies and took almost 3 weeks to arrive (although I am in CA and shipping will take 1 day normally) and when received the order it was missing 2 items (although I was charged for them) I emailed with no response, I never followed on it after that since the price for missing items was low and not worth getting the run around.
Finally and after more than a year I decided to place another order for supplies (they just had items I couldn't find at any other place), it has been 3 weeks now and there is no sign that the order is shipped yet, I tried to email them, but there email box is full!!! I am calling my credit card to dispute the charge and will NEVER order from this store again
