Do not give them any money... Their claim of a 100% refund is a COMPLETE LIE. Please, if you want help with an unscrupulous timeshare company HIRE AN ATTORNEY. They claimed to have an attorney affiliated with them. That was an outright lie. They claimed they would hire and attorney if Bluegreen would not "play ball" after 4 months. Never happened. I paid $1000 in September, they guaranteed me in writing I'd be free of Bluegreen in 6 months. 6 months later - the owner David Humphry claims he had to file bankruptcy because of a law suit. Too bad, so sad about your money. Now they packed up and moved to Deleware. The story is the exact same for hundreds of others.
Please for god sakes DO NOT... Do not... DO NOT waste your time or your money on The Owners' Advocate. The only thing you'll get is ripped off.
