We went for a preview and the sales agent Patrick Budnick told us that if we purchased with Coral Resorts he could sell our other Bluegreen Timeshare within 3 to 6 months. Sounded really great at the time! We were then going to put the money from the Bluegreen Sale on the Coral Resorts purchase. It took almost three months for him to tell me that I had to approve an ad for TimeShare Partners for THEM to sell the Bluegreen property. He never during our conversations said that they contract out a company to sell these other timeshares. The Bluegreen property never got sold and we are stuck with two timeshares which we can't afford. I kept telling him we can't afford two timeshares and he said Oh Bluegreen will be sold within 3 to 6 months and we figured we could swing both payments during that time but not any longer. My husband and I are both hard working people but what lies they tell people. He even called and so much offered us a free week to stay at Island Links to try to compensate. We never used any of the weeks we had with them and are filing a complaint with the South Carolina Real Estate Commission also. Anyone filing a class action suit please let us know.
