What a racket!!! I just wanted to send a letter and needed to print out a stamp. It took two hours and I finally got my stamp. Little did I know that I would be charged $15.99!!! The government should put a stop to this. I called them immediately upon seeing my bank statement and asked them to please credit and close my account and I got a scripted answer that the billing cycle was now closed and they could not credit me for it. I also asked to speak to a supervisor who told me the same thing. Then she went into a scripted schpeal about how she could give me the next month free. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use this company. It has now cost me $15.99 to send a. 44 letter!!! I will tell EVERYONE I come across not to sign up with them. I cannot believe the USPS is even affiliated with them.
