I ordered over 95.00 worht of Frog Gifts for my wife//. Three weeks went by and I recieved nothing. I paid with credit card. I called 6 times and emailed company four times. I still have not recieved a reply. I contacted my credit card compnay and put the amount in a charge back, contesting the charge since I recieved no merchandise. Visa is standing behind me. Every time I call I get a really nice receptionist recording telling me they will call me back later as all representatives are busy with other customers. Yeah rite. Doubt there is any one there. Some one needs to shut this fraud down.
