I recieved a call from First Capital Credit Telephone - they asked me if I wanted to sign up for their credit card. I tried to say "no" but they kept at me and I gave in. They pulled $199 out of my checking account. I then decided I didn't want the credit card and returned all of the information for my money back, as stated to do so in the info recieved.
I never recieved a reimbursement and am now out $199. I tried calling them several times, but always recieved a busy signal, or "line is temporarily out of service" message.
