Charged my credit card for merchandise that I did not order nor recieved. Tried to call them but only a recording that does not call back

The company offered free diet tea for just the shipping and handling charge of $4.95. The tea was recieved but a month later they charged my credit card for two more orders of $25.99 each. The tea was never recieved. I tried calling and faxing but no response.
The next month a charge of $56.93 was made to my credit card. I have no idea as to what this charge is for. I believe that this company is running a scam and once they get your credit card and your confidence, they continue to make charges against your credit card.
