Savyon grant lawyer, esq is a ripoff. She charges short sale banks expensive closings costs, adds to the final hud expenses that are not justifiable!!! She will kill your deal at closing! She puts so much closing cost (some that she does not even perfom), clients, realtors beware of this lawyer

This lawyer is not ethical. I have seen how she ruins the lives of people. She does not care about the client, she only cares about making LOTS of money.

She may be creating fraud by ADDING false expenses to Short Sale closings. She is lying to Lenders (Banks).

There have been situations where real estate agents have lost a closing deal because of her.

Do not send your clients to Savyon Grant.
