Buyer Beware! Terrible Experience! This cross country move was BAD all the way! They kept changing and delaying our delivery date! We had no beds no nothing for 8 weeks! They promised us we would have our things in 10 days! When our things finally came, they were dirty and damaged and the mover companined about the stairs when we had already paid EXTRA for the stairs. They even charged us for tape. They refused to send us a damage claim form and ignored our calls. They sliced our matress! They didn't take care of anything. Our boxes were kicked in and smashed and things were broken inside. Beware of this highly disreputable and questionable Moving company.
